Job Description: The Benefits Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role is critical in maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits including FMLA, COBRA, 403b, and Workers Compensation.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records.
- Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientation and other informational sessions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA and COBRA.
- Experience working with benefits vendors.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with UKG system is a plus.

- Position is 100% onsite.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40-hour work week.
