Nakupuna Solutions is looking for a skilled Program and Data Analyst to support its Acquisition Policy and Oversight office. This role involves playing a key part in the ongoing success of the office by handling issues analysis, policy development, and execution oversight. The ideal candidate will provide program management support and conduct in-depth data analysis, among other responsibilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Data collection, documentation, and analysis of internal federal government acquisition initiatives.
  • Analysis and assessment of DoS acquisition policies and procedures against performance metrics and make recommendations on improvements.
  • Development and communication of charts, written reports, and presentation materials.
  • Research and preparation of point papers and remarks for senior DoS officials.
  • Development of various correspondences including letters, briefings, and reports.
  • Serving as the liaison between intra-departmental offices for oversight and policy compliance.
  • Prioritizing and coordinating workflow and communications to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Creating and maintaining guidelines for efficient processes and professional analysis.
  • Coordinating with intra-departmental offices in support of risk management policy objectives.
  • Maintaining project records, schedules, and files.
  • Recording daily, weekly, and monthly activities or metrics.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently.
  • Using unclassified, open-source, and acquisition databases.
  • Contributing to reports, briefings, and memoranda addressing program trends and significant accomplishments.
  • Implementing new quantitative and qualitative methods to improve service.
  • Effectively communicating with government supervisors and collaborating with employees on new efficiencies.
  • Reviewing and following all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

This role requires you to have:

  • Five years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and PMP certification are preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
