INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ProService is expanding our Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a part of a winning team and high performing service organization that our clients have grown to rely on. By using a consultative approach, you'll help local business owners identify how our bundled solution of HR products and services empower their business to thrive. You'll contribute to the overall success of our sales team by identifying and closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads. We're looking for candidates that have a successful track record in sales, that are looking to take the next step of their career and grow with us.

Who You'll Work With

  • You will join forces with our team of sales professionals to provide a positive end to end sales experience, aligning prospect needs with ProService Hawaii solutions.
  • You will align with our marketing, pricing, and sales operations teams to maximize internal efforts to reach, educate, and secure commitments from local employers.
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts across payroll, healthcare & benefits, technology, worker's compensation, compliance, safety and other service areas to design solution proposals that are compelling and sustainable for prospects and ProService Hawaii.
  • You will be working with our future clients; ensuring they experience our promise of Best Local Service from the first touch to their transition to our service teams is critical to a lasting partnership.
What You'll Do
  • Work a list of inbound prospects, focused on startup companies and small employers. Conduct outbound activities including but not limited to calling, emailing, InMail, and direct mail, managing the sales cycle from initial call to close.
  • Conduct introductory, discovery, and proposal meetings to identify, develop, and propose a solution that best meets the needs of your prospects.
  • Establish internal relationships with various teams and functions across our organization to ensure prospect expectations are exceeded and leverage subject matter expertise. Work closely with our Sales Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure effective and timely closing.
  • Leverage SalesForce, Hubspot, and other platforms to log, update, and manage all sales-related activities.
  • Successfully build and add to a healthy pipeline of opportunities by understanding the local market, and how to best position ProService Hawaii as a partner of choice.
What We'd Like You To Have
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience in an outbound, inbound, or sales development role is required.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding set quotas/goals.
  • Prior PEO, payroll, HR or service based sales experience a plus.
  • Tenacity and Resilience. Possess a strong passion to achieve results and the need to win.
  • Strategic Thinking. Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans. Effective negotiation skills.
  • Verbal & written communication skills. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills to sell at all decision making levels (C-suite, small business owners, etc.).
  • Analysis Skills. Ability to identify problems and opportunities by taking initiative to actively problem solve, resulting in win-win solutions.
  • Team Player Mentality. Willingness to collaborate and contribute to our norm of "winning as a team".
  • Motivation. Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to perform well under pressure.
