Insurance Controller

Job Description

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Finance , oversees finance and accounting for our business, and plays a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial health of the company as well as partner insurance carriers by providing them with proper reports, etc., and ensuring that we process all financial transactions accurately and timely.

The Controller is responsible for:

1. Maintaining a professional accounting team.
2. Supporting the implementation of the Guidewire system .
3. Leading the implementation of a new accounting system sufficient to meet all accounting-related needs of the company.
4. Participating in corporate and strategic projects and initiatives.
5. Monitoring reinsurance reporting.
