Enterprise Solutions Architect

Hybrid onsite 3x a week in Lisle IL

Responsibilities:

Assure that the architectural roadmap aligns to the emerging architecture future state and wherever possible, to standard technologies and applications

• Lead technology architecture discussions with IT and business colleagues, demonstrating political savvy, tact, emotional intelligence and positivity
• Drive technology decisions in line with the architectural roadmap so that solution choices naturally result in application rationalization and modernization
• Author and implement the deliverables that embody enterprise architecture processes, standards and procedures
• Provide consulting support to solution architects and others throughout IT to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with the architecture roadmap and our envisioned technology future state
• Lead and develop the organization's enterprise architecture staff, assuring high technical competence and team orientation
• Assure an effectively functioning Architecture Review Board in line with the governance processes

Must Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of IT architecture experience
• 6 years management experience
• Experience with Cloud Native Applications
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Microservice Architecture
• Experience establishing standardize/reusable architectural patterns
• Experience enterprise integration and messaging solutions
• Experience with Data Architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present in front on business users and executive management
