Job Title: SoldererJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors and co-workers, and to comprehend written and verbal instructions. The candidate should have basic Microsoft Office skills and be able to learn Word, Excel, Access, and other software. Responsibilities include performing assembly and inspection tasks to ensure quality performance, with knowledge and application of IPC-A-610 quality standards. The role requires close attention to detail while working in a high-volume, fast-paced, quality-oriented, and high-stress environment. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a continuous improvement environment.
