The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, understanding of the sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills.

As a Digital and Demand Generation Marking Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Bringing campaign plans and tactics to life through detailed planning and execution.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive results.
  • Using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with other Baker Hughes marketing teams, marketing operations, vendors, commercial teams, and other stakeholders, globally.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Communications to create cohesive demand generation efforts and ensure alignment.
  • Monitoring marketing trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Helping in the creation and management of demand generation budgets and forecasts.
  • Measuring and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and orders.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process.
  • Assisting with the execution of sponsored industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate demand.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college.
  • Demonstrable, extensive experience in Digital and Demand Generation Marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience of setting a vision with goals and a plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.
  • Technically competent expertise in campaign architecture, content generation and deployment, events, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead management processes, social media, account-based marketing, digital advertising, as well as insights and analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of globally located stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand generation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software as well as account=based marketing (ABM) platforms (6sense a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail for accurate execution of campaign tactics.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $64,600.00 - $138,800.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation. You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.

You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes FullStream Short-term incentive program applicable for the above position. The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here , and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
