• Leads employee orientation and new hire onboarding activities.
• Accommodates in the reciting process for qualified team members.
• Provides personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Helps in planning for training and development.
• Handles workman's compensation, health,401k,dental benefits.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration, Organizational Development or business
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Any experience as HR Generalist in construction industry is preferred
• Strong MS Office Skills
