We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join our team in Norfolk County, MA. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation and a minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting. The role will involve working with a diverse client base, including closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, employee benefit plans, and non-profits. Responsibilities:
- Review and preparation of financial statements, notes, schedules, and management letters.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, Attest Standards, and have a working knowledge of the IRS Tax Code.
- Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks, Pro System FX Engagement, ACL, and Lacerte Tax Software for efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
- Experience working with closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, employee benefit plans, and non-profits.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in software tools such as QuickBooks, Pro System FX Engagement, ACL, and Lacerte Tax Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire for career growth.
Location : Primarily Onsite in Norfolk County with flexible hybrid
Compensation : The compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
