Job Requirements / Description

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Collision Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting, Human Resources, and Collision.


Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges
  5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media
  6. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  10. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  12. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Requirements:

  1. Outgoing and personable individual with the ability to connect and build relationships with candidates and clients
  2. 1+ year(s) of verifiable professional experience as a Recruiter
  3. Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  4. Excellent computer skills – MS Office Suite, Social Media Platforms
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  6. Strong skills in database management, organization, and record keeping
  7. Work well independently and as part of a team with flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  8. Exceptional time management

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Collision Experience Preferred
