Our client, a world leader in designing, producing and distributing prestige fragrances for over 30 years, is seeking a Sales Administrator who will ensure coordination between sales and marketing teams, client distribution centers, and internal support departments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual, with an analytical mindset and experience in sales support. This is a 3-month assignment.
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Managing order processing.
- Verifying and communicating stock availability.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are applied and reflected on each order (discounts etc.).
- Daily communication with the clients (inventory delays, packing status, shipment details, dispatch timing etc.).
- Manipulating sales data in Excel to answer queries, detect discrepancies, and fulfill post-sales procedures.
What’s Needed?
- BA/BS degree (business degree preferred) or proven relevant experience.
- 1-2 years in customer service/logistics/sales admin roles.
- Understanding of sales operations (invoicing, discounts etc.).
- Ability to analyze sales data in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Excellent customer service skills.
