• Hybrid schedule: On-site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; can WFH otherwise.

Position Overview

Needing a Sr. Project Manager (10+ years of experience) with Finance and SAP SAC experience.

Project Overview

Putting in a new budget/forecast system using SAP SAC as the platform. Needing a Finance background. This is a 1 to 1.5 year project, starting in planning and implementation in January. Build out project plan for a 15 MM critical project. Experience managing large projects, including requirements and design of application deployment.

11. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
12. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
13. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
14. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
15. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
16. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors
17. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to escalation channel
18. Financial tracking for the project

Top Skills/Experience Required

1. Ten or more years of project management experience, with at least 5 years of application-related deployments
2. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
3. Proven success working with all levels of management
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong executive communication skills
6. Experience managing large IT projects
7. Excellent presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills

1. Experience managing projects that deploy finance applications
2. Professional certification such as PMP
3. Delivered applications to internal business users
4. Experience working with business users as well as IT resources
5. Experience with SAP SAC implementations
