Zeel, a leading provider of trusted health and wellness services in the home, is looking for a
smart, innovative associate to join our Patient Care Support team. Patient Care Coordinators
are at the heart of the Zeel mission.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll engage with Zeel's
medical patients, prospective patients, VA Medical Centers, and providers from the Zeel network
to help them get the best Zeel experience possible. Along with providing superb, 5-star
customer service, this team is responsible for connecting customers looking to book wellness
services with the providers in the Zeel network. This role requires the ability to multitask,
manage multiple lines of communication, handle escalations and be a proactive problem solver.
This is predominantly a live phone support position, with some support through chat, text and
email. Current hours of operation are 8a-8p EST, Monday-Friday, however as operating hours
change, schedule may not be a rigid Monday-Friday.
This position is remote, however, you must be located within the United States.
Responsibilities include
• Serve as the public face of Zeel by providing top patient support for all inbound and
outbound communications with Zeel patients and Providers in the Zeel network
• Engage with patients and Zeel medical providers via text, live chat, email and phone
• Handle escalations with frustrated patients and providers
• Fulfill and schedule bookings with the requested medical providers in the Zeel network
• Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate team
• Improve our documentation to help our Zeel users help themselves
• Collaborating with other departments and fellow associates on projects as necessary
A successful Patient Care Coordinator typically has:
• 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in English
• Experience using a ticketing system, such as Zendesk
• Empathy with patients and an ability to quickly size up situations and potential issues
• The ability to use empathy to de-escalate difficult situations
• An obsession with customer happiness - we measure CSAT and NPS
• A roll-up-your sleeves mentality befitting our fast-paced startup environment
• Background in marketplace companies
