Nova Engineering Team is looking for a System Tool Engineer to work with Design Engineers, Product Managers and Researchers to participate in the ongoing development, integration and characterization of a novel metrology solutions across several product lines. This person will be part of a highly skilled and efficient team of System Engineers with significant combined experience in instrumentation for Semiconductor production environment. Pay Range: $130,000- $170,000 Annually (DOE)

Requirements:
- System Tool Engineers play a key role throughout the entire Product Life Cycle from the inception and validation of new ideas to final product release and field testing
- Our ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with broad experience in applied high vacuum systems for electron beam and x-rays related technologies.
- The ideal candidate will maintain, operate, and run experiments on the current and next generation XPS/XRF tools with minimum supervision.
- The candidate must have high proficiency in hands-on work (in a cleanroom environment) and demonstrate the ability to use complex vacuum systems with high-end metrology equipment such as stages, gauges, cameras, lasers, detectors, spectrometers, electron beam analysis equipment, etc.
- Integrate and test solutions for existing and next generation products, validate the concepts of the proposed solutions and initiate the development and implementation of these solutions
- Participates in the Design and Testing phase of the component (sub-system), ensures that the design complies with the requirements
- Own the integration of the new component or sub-system into the product and characterizes its behavior at full product performance level
- Develop procedures for and trains Manufacturing, Service and Applications in all aspects of the new component or sub-system as it relates to the complete system - assembly
