Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly qualified Bank and Finance Attorney to join its team in Minneapolis, MN. Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Bank and Finance Attorney.
2. Strong academic background in law.
3. J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
4. Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
5. Ability to promptly obtain admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-Accredited Law School.

Certifications:

1. Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
