AWC 1:1 Direct Care Staff
Job Type: Part Time (Full Time hours available if desired)
Schedule: 18 hours/week; 3 days a week

AWC Direct Care Staff Overview:
The AWC 1:1 Direct Care Staff will provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Pittsfield, MA area. The ideal candidate will have availability to work three days per week . The AWC 1:1 Direct Care Staff will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals they are working with.
AWC Direct Care Staff Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
