We are looking for an experienced Building Engineer to provide mechanical and maintenance support for our properties. This role covers a variety of responsibilities, including managing electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.).
Monitor the performance of building systems to ensure everything operates efficiently and safely.
Oversee contractor work, including landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and be available for after-hours on-call duties.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe, following safety guidelines.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly.
Troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions to maintain optimal building operations.
