Transportation What You'll be Doing:
  • Transporting students over scheduled routes and/or to/from special excursions
  • Ensuring vehicle operation is in safe operating condition
  • Ensuring safety of students during transport
  • Loading and unloading from buses

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $27.14 per hour
Job Details:
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Hours per day: up to 4.5 hours
  • Temporary for the 2023.2024 Kinder Migrant Jump Start Program
  • Dates: 07/29/2024 - 08/09/2024
What You'll Need:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Job related experience is desired.
  • Minimum qualifications: Bus Driver Experience Preferred.

Work Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
