JOB OVERVIEW

The Assistant Sales Professional will assist in the sales, service, and support across the greater Utah/Colorado/Wyoming territory. This role is based out of the Salt Lake City area and will travel to service the territory from this location.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage travel in the respective territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with applicable accounts
  • Prepare and maintain a daily call report
  • Prepare and distribute account interaction reports, including forecasts and trends
  • Merchandise product collections/lines at applicable accounts
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through at applicable accounts
  • Attend seasonal sales meetings
  • Attend annual PGA Merchandise Show
  • Attend local tradeshows and events

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Inherent ability to prospect, negotiate and close
  • Engaging presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven
  • Ability to travel regularly

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of related inside/outside sales experience
  • Industry experience preferred
