Cape Coral Experience Director

POSITION:

Reporting to the Cape Coral Location Pastor, the Experience Director will have primary responsibility for the guest experience at the Cape Coral location. The Experience Director is responsible for implementing systems and strategies to support the location as it pertains to environments and guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Act as a point of contact to equip locations for special events (guest speakers, book sales, communion, handouts, etc).
  2. Facilitate and maintain volunteer on-boarding system, as well as systems to schedule and monitor volunteers.
  3. Create ways to regularly promote and provide leadership development opportunities for volunteers.
  4. Ensure that all Serve Team members are fully and continually equipped to serve from the moment they begin on-boarding.
  5. Identify, develop and lead high-capacity leaders for the East Location experience serve teams.
  6. Anticipate supply needs of the location and order supplies as needed.
  7. Ensure the property is ready for all events and services.
  8. Coordinate facilities needs with the Central Operations Team.
  9. Assist coaches in developing and leading serve teams.

SKILLS:

  1. Relational leader with great people skills, with an orientation towards serving, empowering others, and building teams.
  2. Able to accomplish assigned projects utilizing highly developed project management, time management and collaboration skills.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn other technologies as needed.
  4. Ability to think and act independently with a high degree of creativity and professionalism.
  5. Effective communicator with proven written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to fluidly shift from ‘big picture’ thinking to detailed execution.
  7. High school diploma or GED required.
  8. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

TIME COMMITMENT:

  1. Full-time staff are expected to work at least 40 hours per week as directed, including weekends or after normal business hours.
  2. Participate in weekly Staff Family Gathering, monthly Staff Chapels, and other all-staff events and services throughout the year.
