As an SQL Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with teams from finance, accounting, and operations to analyze and report on financial data, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive the company’s growth and profitability.
We are seeking a SQL Financial Analyst join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilizes SQL Database and advanced querying to execute conducting analysis, forecasting and making recommendations in the development of budgets, resource utilization and key performance indicators that enable Pinnacle Fertility to improve its financial performance.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, management and overall coordination of the financial reporting (Financial Reporting, Productivity Reporting, Payroll Reporting, Budgeting).
  • Utilize and understand software platforms (UKG/Ultimate Software Payroll, NetSuite, Bill.com, Salesforce) to gather, analyze and interpret information when advising/consulting management on financial and business decisions.
  • Leverage large datasets to drive financial modeling – including Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivable modeling), HR (payroll expense modeling), and Accounting (automated journal entries and reconciliation)
  • Assist in developing and managing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) across departments
  • Develops and manages data visualization and reporting analytics through Power BI platform
  • Focus on developing benchmark analytics across multi-site healthcare platform - standardize analytics across multiple locations to help drive business analytics
  • Analyzes historical data and information to monitor patterns and operational performance for departments and service lines, including cost benefit analyses when appropriate.
  • Actively researches business problems and creates data models that help analyze business problems. Strong sense of curiosity and understanding of the business
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, data analysis, computer science, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience with advanced SQL and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced financial and/or business analytics experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$85,000-$110,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $85,000 - $110,000 per year. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
