Job description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing international company in the API sector. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding the business across the US market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the API field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless product delivery.
Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the API or related sectors (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.).
Strong track record in new business acquisition and client relationship management.
Proven ability to work independently and develop sales strategies from scratch.
CRM proficiency and comfort working with digital tools to track sales activities and manage leads.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Based in or near New Jersey; flexibility to travel within the US is required.
