Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and insurers to provide comprehensive care. Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Qualifications: 3-4 years of customer service/call center experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
