**The Role**
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to drive the strategic vision of our consumer marketplace. You will play a key role in defining the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and executing innovative features that improve user engagement and satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial mindset will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced, startup environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the company’s product offering.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead product strategy, development, and execution for our consumer marketplace platform
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and design, to define product vision and prioritize feature development
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation, design, prototyping, and testing to launch
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and user behavior to inform product decisions and optimize the platform experience
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to ensure the product meets business goals and user needs
- Lead user research, testing, and validation efforts to ensure product-market fit and high customer satisfaction
- Continuously iterate on product features to enhance user engagement and marketplace performance
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
- Experience building consumer-facing products, ideally in the marketplace or e-commerce space
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong product design and UX/UI skills, with a track record of launching successful products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for innovation, user-centered design, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
