As an Order Management Specialist, Sr., you will ensure the most challenging / complex customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, in compliance with company requirements and quality expectations, and help ensure an excellent customer transaction experience. While processing orders, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with other individuals and departments as necessary through multiple levels of management. As an order processing subject matter expert, the Order Management Specialist, Sr. is key in assisting with workflow improvements in process and systems, performing quality review of orders processed by others in the department, providing training, and other responsibilities. Providing leadership across the team and participating in knowledge transfers to assist up leveling other team members is important in this role.
