$200,000 - $240,000 salary + equity
Come join a drug + cellular discovery team with unprecedented success in their 4 years of inception... having already patented 6+ new entities going through clinical stages.
Opportunity to be to join and lead a fast-growing science AI/ML team. Seeking ML Engineers with experience in LLM and Transformer fine-tuning , and optimizing deployment & inference of deep learning models.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and train novel LLM models for a multimodal approach to biodiscovery
- Research and iterate models to ensure optimal-performance data transformation
- Ownership of production platforms, tools and environment to scale automation of active learning, testing and release of models
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Comp Sci/Engineering, Maths or related field
- 5+ years development & training of deep learning models (bonus if using bio/omics data)
- Expertise in Pytorch model performance tuning and software development for ML
- Proficiency in multi-node cloud-based HPC using distributed computational loads
