OHIO’s Office of Information Technology is looking for a results-driven candidate with excellent collaboration and communication skills to provide technical support for the university’s student success and retention CRM , implemented with Technolutions Slate. This position works closely with CRM functional leads to provide technical solutions to support the planning, development, and coordination of student success efforts.You will serve in an advisory capacity and assist with increasing student retention and success efforts by participating in the development of CRM strategies and by enabling data driven decision making. You will partner with a functional leads to improve system capabilities and support mission critical university objectives. You will collaborate on highly complex, concurrent projects for multiple constituencies.The successful candidate will be driven to solve problems and achieve high standards of customer service and be able to effectively communicate with a wide audience, including staff within IT, subject matter experts, end users, and university leadership. You are encouraged to apply for either or both positions based upon your qualifications and interests.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Research, prototype, and implement new product features.• Create, maintain and support imports, exports, and integrations with other university systems.• Develop and implement strategies to optimize duplicate resolution and to ensure date integrity.• Create, maintain and monitor Slate rules and workflows.• Create SQL queries or scripts in Slate to supplement application functionality.• Build and maintain complex queries and reports.• Develop and execute test plans for changes to functionality and changes to integrations.• Implement and administer security.
