What you’ll do
You’ll join the growth team at which takes a senior from knowing nothing about Medicare to feeling confident they have the best health insurance their budget allows. You’ll:
- Create a referral channel
- Ideate & own developing new channels
- Optimize our paid channels
- Serve as the "chief generalist" of the growth team

You have a track record of developing growth strategies and delivering outcomes. Or, you've spent 1+ years in management consulting, banking, PE, or held an adjacent role at a fast growing start-up.
