State Attorneys General Practice

Cozen O’Connor is seeking an associate for its State Attorneys General Practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of litigation experience, including experience with drafting and motion practice and with responding to complex discovery requests. Looking for a self-starter with an eagerness to learn the Attorneys General practice. Strong writing skills and excellent academic achievement are required. Knowledge of e-discovery is preferred. No trial or oral argument experience necessary.
