Responsibilities
- Lead the development of specific robotic features or subsystems, from concept to implementation.
- Contribute to the design and integration of AI models, robotic control systems, and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and optimize hardware-software integrations.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate performance metrics, and iterate on robotic solutions for real-world applications.
- Support the testing and deployment of real-time robotic systems in production environments.
- Author technical documentation and contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
- Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving issues with robotic performance and functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages (Python, C++).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Basic understanding of robotic systems, sensors, and control algorithms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in AI, Robotics, or related field.
- Experience with computer vision, object recognition, or motion planning.
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotic hardware.
- Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning.
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping or hardware testing.
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards in robotics.
