Job description

Role & Responsibility:

1. Conduct quality control monitoring by inspection, sampling and testing on delivered materials.
2. Conduct trial mix.
3. Prepare correction sheet for mix design.
4. Supervision and testing for RCC work steel binding and shuttering of formwork.
5. Maintaining all quality reports and documents.
6. Preparing Site observation report and within time comply this report.
7. After Completion of every item of work preparing punch list accordingly.
8. Conducting material test for concreting at NABL approved Laboratory. Conducting all test related to site activity like soil compaction test by sand replacement method, Slump test of concrete, Cube Test, making Incoming material inspection report, conducting anti termite treatment, DFT test of Paint, PMI test for SS steel etc.
9. Calibration Report Maintain & arrange test timely.
10. Preparation of quality plan and setting of quality objective.
11. Implementation field quality plan, safe working procedures.
12. Preparation of documents, record about QA/QC Sampling, design mix and quality control of concrete at site.
13. Conducting all types of quality control tests of concrete, admixture and aggregates at laboratory according with IS, BS, ASTM international codes.
14. Conducting all types of tests required. Checking & inspecting all site activities.
15. Daily Monitoring Site activity Implementation field quality plan, safe working procedures. Preparation of documents, record about QA/QC Sampling, design mix and quality control of concrete at site.

Requirements and skills:

You should have 12 to 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with strict adherence to international quality standards. You must possess knowledge of standard exposure to QA lab at site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹650,000 – ₹950,000 per Year
