Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality supervision to Behavior Technicians.
  2. Provide consistent Caregiver Coaching sessions.
  3. Help recruit ABA therapists.
  4. Conduct timely assessments reviewing overall support needs and progress.
  5. Design individualized assent-based curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans for clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.
  6. Write timely session notes.
  7. Routinely monitor and manage client progress to ensure ongoing validity of treatment.
  8. Conduct Behavior Technician fidelity assessments to ensure quality of supervision training.
  9. Utilize Rethink Behavioral Health data collection software.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  3. Commitment to affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed approaches.
  4. Ability to supervise remotely and travel in-person a minimum of 25% per case.
  5. Effective team management skills.
  6. Maintain professional development requirements.
  7. Prior training or a commitment to obtain training in Skills Based Treatment (SBT).
  8. Willingness to supervise in-home.

Offering: Health insurance, 401K, PTO

Salary Range: $70,000 - $115,000.00 per year

Hourly Range: $80-$100 per billable hour

Expected Billable Hours:

  • Full-time: minimum of 25 billables per week.
  • Hourly: Choose your own hours.
