Salary: $15.00 per hour

Support the Office of Financial Aid in daily operations and student outreach activities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general office assistance to Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs staff, such as filing and answering phones.
- Assist with document management.
- Perform data entry, word processing, faxing, mailing, copying, and document imaging.
- Put together information packets for class visits, workshops, etc.
- Create Financial Aid marketing materials and content for social media.
- Conduct student outreach.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
- Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours of enrollment in eligible courses.
- Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
- Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Display a professional appearance and demeanor.
