The Project Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will be split between 2 projects within Central London. The particular projects you will be working on are two residential refurbishments, one at £3 million and one at £8 million mark. Projects are all residential refurbishments with a high level of finish and some incredible joinery.

1. High-end residential experience with £2 Million + budgets
2. Experience in fine finishes
3. Managed multiple projects simultaneously
4. Excellent organizational & team management skills
