Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Conduct assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, equipping them with strategies to help their loved ones succeed at home and in the community.
- Stay current with research and advancements in the field of autism intervention.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required).
- Certification in ABA or other relevant credentials (e.g., BCaBA, BCBA) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
