• Manage the end-to-end production of our high volume 24/7 component manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on time delivery to our customers
• Coach and continuously develop the 4 direct department leaders and indirect operator teams to achieve outstanding results
• Manage inventory at a high level to track, forecast, and reconcile materials; ensuring effective inventory control to prevent shortages or overstock, and support production goals
• Drive continuous improvement of the production operations through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods
• Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement; implement quality control procedures and collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to integrate new products and technologies into production

Who we are looking for

• Academic bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management required
• Several years (> 8 years) of incremental professional experience in a technical manufacturing operation
• Previous supervisory experience required in a high-volume manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated analytical skills - financial and technical
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong applied understanding of LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing principles; formal LEAN and Six Sigma training considered a definite plus
• Energetic and strong manufacturing leader ready to bring the best out of every member of the team and with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve a vision
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail as well as a continuous improvement mindset
