Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) a premium regional security provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philadelphia area.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus Bonus Plan (Commensurate with experience)
Commissions : Unlimited + $500.00/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

General Purpose: Driving business growth, helping business make decisions and developing relationships. Their duties can vary on a day-to-day basis, but may include:
  • Identifying opportunities: Researching target markets, attending meetings, and networking to find opportunities
  • Generating leads: Cold calling, reaching out to prospects, and pursuing leads through the sales cycle
  • Creating plans: Developing growth strategies, forecasting sales targets, and setting goals for business and revenue growth
  • Negotiating: Negotiating client pricing and developing and negotiating contracts
  • Promoting: Demonstrating products or services and guiding customers through purchase decisions
  • Maintaining relationships: Maintaining positive client relationships and providing feedback to salespeople
  • Closing deals: Proposing and cultivating business deals, and closing new business deals
Knowledge:
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent or professional experience on a case-by-case bases.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in security or equivalent field.
