About the Position:
Position is responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power BI.
Accountability
- Develop dashboards as requested by the Director of Analytics, EVP of Audit, and CIO.
- Focus on developing, servicing, and maintaining company management suites, KPI and performance tools using Power BI and SQL Server.

- Maintain constant communication and connectivity with management, customers, partners, and peers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into reports/dashboards using Power BI.
Exceptional Service
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop Power BI data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Profitability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Design and implement data-driven KPIs and metrics to measure performance and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
About YOU:
To work at our company, you should possess the following experience and attributes:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with Data Analysis.
- 1-3 years of experience with Power BI Solutions.
- Strong proficiency in creating visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, with experience extracting and analyzing data from these systems.
- Proficient in data modeling, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of security within Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest advancements in data analytics and visualization.
