Activity Director Consultant

We continue to grow! Looking for an Activity Director Consultant to join our team. This is a flexible position that can be full time to PRN. Must have at least two years of experience as an Activity Director in a long-term care facility. Must be well versed in MDS, Care Plan, Specialized Programming for a variety of ages, and Federal and State regulations. Please feel free to submit sample activity calendars you have created yourself! Travel is required. Please only apply if you have worked in a nursing facility.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
