The Opportunity: The Human Resource Consultant 3 (HRC3) contributes to the agency's mission to protect children and strengthen families by providing senior-level Human Resources (HR) consultation and advice within an assigned regions(s) or functional areas. The incumbent be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team focused on development, building strategic partnerships, and delivering effective HR consultations and guidance to the divisions we support. This position has the primary responsibility to consult with and provide professional-level assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding human resource issues.

Holidays
Full-time and part-time employees are entitled to paid holidays and one paid personal holiday per calendar year.

- Consult with employees and supervisors on FMLA and shared leave-related issues.
- Lead a lower-level HR consultant, including providing guidance, support, training, advice, and acting as their backup as needed.
- Conduct training and coach staff on HR-related matters.
- Attend and actively participate in periodic HR unit meetings and field operations team meetings.
