Advance your career as Senior Manager, Away From Home Sales supporting our broker partner, Acosta. In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership and direction, aligning with sales objectives, trade guidelines, operating budget, and channel strategies—all aimed at maximizing gross sales and operating profit. This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

As a leader within our Away From Home (AFH) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance both nationally and regionally. With an owner’s mindset and enthusiasm for the future, you will be developing strategies to shape the growth of our business.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and broker partner teams to develop joint business plans and execution standards.
  • Identify Key Opportunities – Develop innovative strategies and tactics to increase distribution of core and innovation items, address high-volume customer concerns, and attain budget. Assess market needs, formulate execution strategies, and communicate with key personnel at Acosta and internally at Kellanova.
  • Empower and Develop Talent - Utilize your leadership skills to direct the professional development of your team, putting effective goals in place. This will be essential to foster an inclusive, dynamic, and cross-functional experience that promotes business success, team growth, and a healthy and vibrant culture.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant broker management experience.
  • Previous experience effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency in using syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, Circana), and retailer specific loyalty card data, shopper panel metrics and space planning software (JDA, Apollo or Spaceman).
  • Previous experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
