Job Title: IT Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated IT Program Manager to lead complex projects aimed at enhancing Business Applications. This role involves planning, executing, and managing cross-functional projects, from software implementation to system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory, IT, Operations) for project success.
• Facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with business and vendor project managers to utilize project management tools.
• Engage in Change Management to support solution adoption.
• Conduct status reports and lead core team meetings.
• Manage project budgets and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects, preferably in quality or compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• PMP certification is desired; BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
