Job Description

The Sales Director at Arc XP is a key role tasked with expanding our happy customer base by engaging new buyers in the media and publishing sectors. This position, reporting to the Sales department and closely collaborating with Marketing and Product teams, focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge and experience in media and publishing to effectively position Arc XP's SaaS CMS in these markets.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate company growth and increase market share by identifying and engaging with potential new buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding and addressing their unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team by utilizing market insights to refine sales pitches and strategies.
  • Drive sales performance and exceed targets by implementing effective and innovative sales tactics.
  • Contribute to product development and marketing strategies by providing feedback from prospective customers and market analysis.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on new business development, preferably in the media and publishing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert new buyers into customers.
  • Strong understanding of the media and publishing industry, particularly in relation to SaaS content management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building successful business relationships.
  • Effective in a remote working environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and customer-focused sales strategies.
