- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client strategies.
- Develop and implement case strategies and prepare cases for trial.
- Handle depositions, witness examinations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
- Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as required.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas of litigation.

- Barred in California.
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
