Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Primarily remote with occasional visits to our office (for meetings/trainings/etc) at 1464 W Webster Ave, Chicago, IL 60614
Terms: Full-Time, 7:30a-3:30p (generally)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

About the role: Onnyt is seeking a friendly and upbeat Relationship Manager to support all aspects of our core team. This is a full-time position. We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented professional to foster strong relationships with our clients. The relationship manager's responsibilities include providing clients with studio specific information, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
As a Relationship Manager, you will...
- Be a liaison between Onnyt and the studio owner clients we serve
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Handle and field emails/Google Chat messages from team members and studio owners
- Manage communications with clients/studio owners to clear up bookkeeping issues
- Work with our US and Philippines teams to complete projects and assignments
- Organize and participate in monthly office hours via Google Meet with each client
- Review monthly financial and KPI data with the Onnyt team and studio owners, providing clients with comprehensive information to guide decision-making
- Provide support to studio owners and the Onnyt team as needed
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
Requirements

- Accounting/bookkeeping background or 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technology skills including proficiency with G-suite, Excel, and Quickbooks
