Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects
- Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
- Develop and implement quality control measures for projects
- Effectively communicate with client
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Manage and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
