DrBalcony is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our specialized engineering services. The Account Manager will work closely with property managers, building owners, and other stakeholders to ensure their properties are in compliance with local ordinances through our inspection and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for DrBalcony’s engineering services, including inspections and compliance solutions.
  3. Track client interactions and maintain an organized database of contacts, projects, and follow-ups.
  4. Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and that no lead or client is overlooked.
  5. Help clients navigate the DrBalcony app and ensure they are comfortable using it to track their projects and compliance status.
  6. Actively follow up with clients to assist them in navigating compliance with various state and local ordinances.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions clients may have regarding our services or compliance requirements.
  8. Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce DrBalcony’s services to potential clients and educate them on our value proposition.
  9. Collaborate with the scheduling and inspection teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  10. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with property managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
  11. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of DrBalcony’s client base.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations (preferably in real estate, engineering, or compliance-related industries).
  2. Positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and changing technology.
  3. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical aspects of our website, app, and internal systems.
  4. Experience in customer support, with the ability to manage client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for tracking sales activities and managing client data.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing client lists, generating reports, and tracking performance.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Ability to organize time effectively and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Ability to make 40+ outbound calls daily and respond to client emails in a timely manner.
  11. Consistent follow-up skills to ensure that no lead or client is forgotten about.
  12. Ability to help clients navigate the DrBalcony app and answer any questions they may have.
  13. Familiarity with local and state compliance regulations is a plus.
  14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
