Senior Fullstack Developer
Job Overview
As a senior Full Stack developer, you will join the Tooling and Automation team within Arrowstreet Infrastructure department, responsible for automating infrastructure workloads, building monitoring/compliance processes, and workflow-based tools.
You will support existing tools developed by the team such as User, Server, and VDI provisioning, compliance management, and access recertification tools, as well as other transversal self-service tools for the company. This position will be responsible for evolving and maintaining those tools from both a development and operational standpoint (release pipelines, production support, bug fixes).
Responsibilities
- Develop tools for automation, workflows, and reporting/remediation.
- Assist with tuning Systems/Applications for optimal performance.
- Support existing applications.
- Work as a team, share knowledge, and contribute to team building.
- Identify gaps in current tooling/processes and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Create operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Python skills and software design patterns.
- Strong experience with DevOps tasks: Release pipelines, GitLab, Container, Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Good experience with AWS: Lambdas, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, EKS, EC2.
- Frontend experience with React.
- Experience with implementing and automating tasks with Ansible.
- Working experience with Active Directory/LDAP.
- Working experience with Relational and Document DBs.
Technical Plus
- Experience with platforms such as Elasticsearch/Kibana/OpenSearch, Artifactory.
- Experience with LLM frameworks: Hugging Face TGI, RAG.
- Experience with ChatBot.
- Experience with PHP.
- Experience with .NET.
- Knowledge of Certificates and working with truststore/keystores/OpenSSL.
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (AWS preferred).
- Experience implementing Enterprise Monitoring tools.
- Experience in Agile software development frameworks.
