Ideal Candidate:

The Supply Chain Analyst is a critical, cross-functional role that focuses on SKU-level forecasting, inventory level management, and analyzing sales data/trends. The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, an understanding of the importance of demand planning and the ability to maintain inventory levels for on-time fulfillment. 


What You'll Do:

  • Create, manage, and improve SKU-level forecasts for multiple e-commerce and brick & mortar retailers to achieve Vendor Goals and Inventory Turn Metrics.
  • Work within Key Vendor portals to export demand planning files to review, analyze, and update internal forecasting.
  • Maintain and update key internal Sales & Operations documents daily/weekly.
  • Track and update the demand plan in NetSuite for assigned retailers. Analyze retail point of sale, other historical sales data and on hand inventory data to update demand plan within files and NetSuite.
  • Manage direct to Consumer demand planning. Work closely with eCommerce and Sales team run key reporting and analyses.
  • Manage Mid-Major Retailers demand planning.
  • Work with the Sales Departments to refine forecasts.
  • Work closely with Inventory Team to review customer orders and determine allocation for shipping complete.
  • Measure Vendor Scorecard performance with key customer accounts. Report weekly at a company level (On-Time Shipping, OTIF, Inventory Turns, Chargeback goals).
  • Develop and update weekly business reviews to report key operational metrics to Operations and leadership team.
  • Maintain Item level classification and mgt
  • Maintain Customer level classification and allocation management.
  • Develop and maintain Inventory Turns KPI’s.
  • Support Sr Demand planner to review slow moving product lines to advise on discontinued products.
  • Ensure timelines are met within the limitations of supplier capacity & lead times.
  • Support new product planning and program launches- update key dates within shared company files.
  • Send weekly inventory reports to the Sales Department and Executive team.
  • Work with overseas freight forwarders to build container load shipments, receive cost quotes, confirm shipments, and update internal teams on shipping timelines.
  • Develop and maintain product purchase plan, working directly with finance to review purchases vs budget. 
  • Support Sr Demand planner to consolidate, link, update and improve upon demand planning files and systems.
  • Gain an understanding of the juvenile market and products.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 + Years of demand and supply chain planning experience.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods is a plus.
  • 1-3 + Years NetSuite Experience Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office suite products
  • Ability to work independently and identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with overseas factories and freight forwarders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate needs to be able to analyze data and make recommendations.
