You'll work with an experienced team of product managers as well as cross-functionally to provide a best-in-class revenue cycle solution.The Senior Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the OHAI's Revenue Cycle products.This includes:Working with customers to gather requirements and presenting the product vision and roadmapFollowing industry trends, developments, and practices to continuously offer the best products to our customersCollaborating with product leaders internally to ensure our recruiting roadmap will make a meaningful impact in improving revenue cycle managementPerforming in an Agile environment, writing epics, and prioritizing featuresDefining, managing, and driving the Product RoadmapCreating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlogWorking closely with Program Management to manage the product release process from definition through delivery and ongoing maintenanceWorking closely with the Cloud organization to ensure a smooth roll-outDefining and managing the beta-test and early-release programsBalancing time-to-market and quality requirements to decide when the product is ready for releaseEducation:BA/BS/MA/MS in relevant backgrounds. Computer Science a plus.Coursework in Engineering or a background in technical roles within an application software environment is a plusExperience:Proven 12 years product management experience, preferably in cloud solutions, for enterprise level software applicationsStrong technical background through hands-on experience with software development lifecycleStrong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneHighly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively and effectively across various lines of businessExcellent organization and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in EHR space a plusExperience in Life Sciences industry specifically in site facing capabilities for conducting clinical research such as recruitment, retention, study start up, and eISF preferredIC5 LevelCareer Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA.
